NSTR is seeking a Transaction Services Managing Director for a boutique advisory firm in London.
The role involves supporting transactions across Private Equity and Corporates in the UK mid-market, including cross-border transactions.
Candidates should possess a deep understanding of deal fundamentals and experience in buy-side and sell-side transactions.
A strong background in leading complex project delivery throughout the transaction cycle is required.
The salary for this position ranges from £130,000 to £160,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits, with a preference for candidates with significant experience in the field.

NSTR are currently recruiting a Transaction Services Managing Director for a high growth and high performing boutique advisory firm in London which are currently building out their UK team with a key leadership hire that will support transactions across Private Equity and Corporates in the UK mid-market in addition to some cross-border transactions.

Profile Overview:

You will have a deep understanding of deal fundamentals, e.g. quality of earnings, net debt and net working capital, EV to equity value.
Experience of buy-side and sell-side transactions, vendor assistance and high level understanding of integration.
Experience across the transaction cycle, e.g. SPA, data manipulation or value creation.
Experience in independently leading complex project delivery
