Person
In this Transaction Services Partner role you should be a strategic thinker, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent, qualified with considerable experience in transaction services, and able to evidence your success through a strong fee income.
You should be an experienced Transaction Services professional, ideally with an accountancy practice or Private Equity background, and with experience with PE deals in the £10m to £50m range.
You should also have your own network and be able to develop new client relationships.
Role
The ability to quickly build professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and other professionals, initiate and lead business development meetings with clients, whilst working against tight deadlines will make you a strong contender for this role.
As a Transaction Services Partner you will also have responsibility for all activities of the TS team, be an integral part of our clients’ leadership team, and be expected to monitor and mentor other team members.
You will be responsible for critically reviewing due diligence reports and presenting to clients key outcomes of the due diligence process.
This is a key role for our client as you will be instrumental in growing the firm, both strategically and economically.
