Your new role
The client is looking to attract the services of an experienced Transactional Finance Manager to lead their AP and AR functions in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive process excellence, system enhancements and team development within a fast-paced, purpose-driven organisation. Core responsibilities include:

> Lead and manage the AP / AR teams, ensuring efficient and customer-focused service reporting and delivery.
> Review processes / procedures, driving efficiencies across the function.
> Champion a culture of continuous improvement and openness to change across finance.
> Coach and develop a team of Finance Assistants (including those overseas)

What you'll need to succeed
> Candidates must have been involved in at least two system implementations and driving operational excellence

> Strong understanding of AP / AR best practices and financial controls.
> Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
> High attention to detail and strong numeracy.
> Previous line management experience.
