What you’ll be doing:
- Email sales invoices to customers, ensuring correct internal & VAT analysis.
- Managing email and phone communications with clients regarding purchase of exhibition insurance, scanners, furniture and payment of outstanding invoices.
- Reconciles Xero AR to ensure it agrees with Sales CRM system.
- Input supplier bills, ensuring correct internal & VAT analysis.
- Reconcile Xero AP to ensure it agrees with Fulfilment Budgets (Excel spreadsheets).
- Ad hoc reports when required & if time allows.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in a similar finance or accounts support role
- A keen eye for detail and a love of well-organised figures
- Good working knowledge of Xero and Excel
- A confident communicator, able to liaise with internal teams and external clients
- Organised, efficient, and able to manage your workload independently
- A proactive, team-focused attitude with a flexible, can-do approach
