Accounts Assistant – Hospitality – West London

Salary: £24,000 – £30,000 DOE Benefits

We’re working with a leading hospitality group in West London who are looking for a motivated Accounts Assistant to join their busy finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant, fast-paced sector and build on your experience in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily bank reconciliations and resolving any discrepancies

Supplier statement reconciliations

Monthly balance sheet reconciliations

Daily revenue recognition and reconciliations

Processing and allocating customer and supplier payments

Chasing outstanding invoices and managing credit control

Supporting the Management Accountant with month-end and year-end processes

Liaising with suppliers and internal departments to resolve queries

Assisting with accruals, prepayments, and other ad-hoc finance tasks

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable

Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail

Experience with accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations desirable

Familiarity with Dynamics 365 (or similar ERP system) is a bonus

Confident communicator with strong organisational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel
