- Processing supplier invoices, expenses, and weekly payment runs
- Raising customer invoices and debtor management
- Performing bank reconciliations and posting transactions
- Supporting month-end (journals, accruals, prepayments, reconciliations)
- Assisting with cashflow and loan account reconciliations
- Helping prepare VAT returns and compliance documentation
- General finance admin and ad hoc tasks as needed
- Previous finance or accounts experience (purchase/sales ledger, reconciliations, etc.)
- Good understanding of double-entry bookkeeping
- Studying towards AAT (or similar) with study support provided
- Strong Excel skills, ideally with accounting software experience (Sage or similar)
- Detail-oriented, organised, and eager to learn
- Strong communication skills and team player
- Salary £28,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience)
