Our client is a boutique printing company, based in the heart of Chelsea Harbour. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join their friendly and collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to gain hands-on experience across a variety of accounting functions in a supportive environment.

Assignment Details

  • Sales ledger processing
  • Purchase ledger processing
  • Run weekly aged debtors/creditors reports and carry out reconciliations
  • Raise rent invoices
  • Bank postings and reconciliations
  • Maintain filing system
  • Liaise with suppliers

Skills Required

  • SAGE experience is an advantage
  • Team player / personableAccounts Experience is essential however formal qualifications are not required
  • Proficient in Excel/word
