- Monday - Friday 0900- 17:30
Key Responsibilities:As an Accounts payable Assistant, your role will include:
- Managing day-to-day financial transactions using XERO and Quickbooks ??
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable
- Monitor and manage employee expense claims in line with the expense policy
- Preparing financial reports and statements
- Supporting the finance team with audits and reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
What We're Looking For:
- Proficiency in XERO or Quickbooks with a good understanding of Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team ??
- Good communication skills
