A legal firm is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to assist the finance team in the day to day finance functions.
Roel & Responsibilities:
- Maintain accounting and finance data
- Administer client incoming payments and allocating to the ledger system
- Process outgoing payments
- Ensure client monies are held correctly
- Weekly bank reconciliation
- Month end processes
- Ensure compliance with Solicitors and audits
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in an accounting role, ideally within the legal industry. You will ideally be Level 2 AAT qualified or above and have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
