Assistant AccountantLocation: Clapham Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

We are currently seeking a fully qualified or part-qualified Assistant Accountant, to join our busy finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation, maintenance, and reconciliation of ledger accounts
Reconciliation of financial statements including balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements, and capital expenditure
Handling accruals and prepayments, and supporting reporting and reconciliation processes
Preparing, recording, analysing, and presenting financial reports
Posting journal entries and ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations
Investigating and resolving financial queries
Supporting continuous improvement of financial processes

Skills & Experience Required:

Must be fully qualified, part-qualified, or hold a relevant professional accounting certification
Proven experience in a fast-paced finance environment
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
