Description
- Supporting the finance team in maintaining financial records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
- Conducting financial analysis to support business decision-making.
- Collaborating with the accounting team to streamline financial processes.
- Ensuring invoices are processed and paid in a timely manner.
- Assisting in budget planning and forecasting activities.
- Maintaining an accurate record of financial transactions.
- Supporting the Commercial Accountant in ad-hoc accounting projects.
Profile
The successful Assistant Commercial Accountant should have:
- Previous finance experience
- Strong excel skills (proven confidence with VLOOKUP & pivot tables)
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting processes.
Job Offer
- 30,000 - 35,000 salary
- Permanent contract
