Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate Accounting & financial records and support overall bookkeeping activities.
Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts.
Manage payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate payments (training provided)
Sales and Purchase Ledger processing
Handle payment transactions efficiently and securely.
Complete client VAT returns with accuracy and compliance.
Monitor key deadlines and ensure all financial obligations are met.

Excellent attention to detail and time management
A collaborative and solutions-focused mindset
You’re comfortable using accounting software Xero, or similar and are happy to learn new systems
Self-discipline, organised, proactive, able to make and justify own decisions
