Our client is looking for a new Bookkeeper / Finance Manager to join their team. This fast paced company has seen sustained expansion, facilitating the requirement to find an experienced Bookkeeper /Finance Manager to support continued growth.

Reporting to the CFO, this role will be carried out at their South London office. On offer is either a full time or part time ( 4 days a week) position (spread over 4/5 days, is optimal )This role will lead on all bookkeeping responsibilities and provide regular financial analysis and, with CFO support, prepare the Month end and quarterly board reports. This is office based but with flexibility for occasional remote working.

  • Analysis of individual property P&L's
  • Margin Reviews
  • Debtors ageing and analysis
  • Overhead movements month to month
  • Revenue and Profit Share reporting to external stakeholders
  • Month End and Board Reports
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Invoice Review and Processing (via Dext)
  • Weekly Payment Runs
  • Weekly Expenses Processing
  • Invoice-raising, as required
  • Debtors analysis and updating the Community Team as required

Skills Required

  • AAT or a Bookkeeping qualification would be advantage but QBE will also be considered
  • Attention to detail
  • Clear and professional communication
  • Efficient and diligent worker
  • Willingness to learn new skills and use initiative where required
  • Knowledge of accounting software (Xero, Dext)
