Ambition are supporting one of our top international clients with their recruitment for a Trainee Accountant. This is an exciting role for an AAT studier looking for either their first move into an inhouse role or someone currently working in a law firm ready for their next move. The key responsibilities will include:
- Assist with month-end and year-end processes
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Assisting with budgets and reporting
- Bank reconciliations
- Supporting with payroll and tax reporting
- Assisting with accounts payable
- Providing ad hoc support to the Financial Controller
Ideal candidates will have;
- At least 1 years' experience in an accounts role
- Strong understanding of double entry bookkeeping
- Currently studying AAT
- Confident user of Excel
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
