Charity Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join a fantastic women’s health charity based in London. This is a temporary role for 4-6 weeks, ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who is ready to start immediately. This role is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate prospect research projects to support fundraising and partnerships
- Prepare agendas and take accurate minutes for internal meetings
- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including scheduling and correspondence
- Proofread documents and reports to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Assist with general office duties and organisational tasks
Requirements:
- Proven administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and proofreading abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
