- Answer and manage inbound client enquiries promptly and professionally
- Coordinate technical support requests and assist with scheduling site visits
- Respond to new business enquiries and coordinate responses with the technical team
- Support onboarding of new clients and maintain excellent client relationships
- Identify opportunities to improve client support processes
- General office administration and maintaining a professional office environment
- Experience working on Apple/Mac systems
- Previous experience coordinating and supporting team workloads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong planning skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
- Higher education qualification
- Experience within an IT or technical support environment
