The successful candidate will provide vital support across operations, finance, marketing, and compliance, ensuring smooth day-to-day delivery and continuity of high service standards.

  • Maintain internal systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance

  • Support tenant, contractor, and customer engagement with professionalism

  • Absorb the increased workload driven by the expanded property portfolio

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming queries from tenants, contractors, customers, and visitors in a prompt and professional manner

  • Facilitate internal communication across operational and support teams

  • Assist with the administration of the on-site car park, including customer relations and concession management

  • Support tenant engagement and assist with turnover reporting

  • Manage and maintain systems

  • Retailer turnover reporting

  • Car park usage and concession tracking

  • Handle customer feedback and complaints, particularly relating to parking

  • Assist with the preparation of operational and financial reports

  • Provide support with invoice processing and finance documentation

  • Conduct monthly meter readings and maintain accurate tracking

  • Ensure operational and statutory documents are up to date across platforms such as Meridian and E Logbooks

  • Participate in tenant inspections and produce supporting reports

  • Oversee office supplies and refreshment inventory

  • Offer support at reception when required

  • Monitor shared inboxes (e.g. info, parking, events), responding efficiently and appropriately

  • Support seasonal events such as Christmas installations and the ice rink from an administrative perspective

  • The administration, finance, marketing, and operations teams are currently stretched to capacity. The additional support will prevent service disruption and ensure operational efficiency.

  • The integration of the building and additional managed leases (e.g coworking and event spaces) increases administrative demands significantly.

  • A dedicated administration function ensures streamlined communication, compliance, and data management across both sites.
