A respected London-based charity is seeking a dynamic Administrator to join their team on a 5-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate-level candidate with experience working abroad, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident supporting senior stakeholders.

The role (hybrid working - 3 days in office, 2 from home):

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior managers and project teams

  • Assist in the coordination and delivery of ongoing charity projects

  • Schedule meetings, manage diaries, and ensure timely follow-ups

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external partners

  • Stay on top of multiple priorities, managing your workload and time effectively

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is educated to degree level (or equivalent experience), ideally with experience living or working abroad

  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrates strong multi-tasking, time management and organisational abilities

  • Is comfortable in a collaborative environment and confident liaising at all levels

  • Can hit the ground running and adapt quickly to changing priorities
