An independent UK-wide statutory healthcare regulator is seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to join their small, values-led team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of healthcare regulation, supporting professional standards and patient safety.

The Role:

Reporting to the Director of Development and working closely with the Registration Officer, the successful candidate will play a key role in managing the organisation's registration processes, including support for CPD returns, annual retention, and the Test of Competence. You'll provide front-line support to current and prospective registrants and contribute to ongoing improvements in registration systems and processes.

The Administrator Key Responsibilities:

  • Process registration applications and manage related enquiries
  • Support the administration of the Test of Competence
  • Assist with CPD cycles and provide guidance to registrants
  • Contribute to ongoing projects to enhance operational efficiency
  • Deliver excellent customer service to a range of stakeholders

About You:

We're looking for a confident communicator and meticulous organised Administrator with:

  • At least 2 years' relevant experience in an administrative or customer-facing role
  • Strong initiative and the ability to manage your own workload
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative approach
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent

Experience in regulatory or membership organisations and an understanding of healthcare regulation would be beneficial but not essential.
