- Booking client and clinician appointments
- Preparing invoices and updating client records
- Formatting reports and managing clinical documents
- Communicating with GPs, schools, and other professionals
- Handling new enquiries and client communications
- Supporting day-to-day clinic operations and ensuring a welcoming environment
- You have previous experience in an administrative role
- You’re confident using Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
- You’re comfortable with technology and can pick up new systems quickly
- You’re highly organised, a quick learner, and a great problem-solver
- You can work independently and manage a varied workload
- You communicate clearly, both in writing and over the phone
- You’re friendly, empathetic, and professional at all times
