Job Description:Southwark Council is seeking two experienced Administration Officers to support our Voids Team. These roles are critical in helping ensure our void properties are efficiently tracked, maintained, and prepared for re-letting. One post will be based at an estate in SE17, and the other at our depot in SE15.
Key Responsibilities:

Update and maintain spreadsheets to track void property status

Liaise with operatives and contractors to ensure timely planning of works

Monitor progress of repairs and refurbishment of void properties

Manage and respond to queries from the communal email inbox

Provide general administrative support to the team
Requirements:

Strong administrative experience, ideally within housing or property services

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office applications

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
