A Business degree with Law modules are preferred

You will play a crucial role in supporting the operational processes, ensuring efficiency and contributing to the overall success of the business. Your background in business, combined with your knowledge of legal concepts, will make you a valuable asset in streamlining operations, handling contracts and managing compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of operational strategies to improve business performance and efficiency.
  • Support contract management by reviewing, drafting, and organizing legal documents with a focus on compliance.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure that operational procedures align with legal requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and assist in developing mitigation strategies to reduce operational risks.
  • Manage data entry, reporting, and documentation related to operational performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance operational workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements.
  • Provide administrative support for projects, including preparing presentations and reports for senior management.

Key Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Completion of law modules as part of your degree, with an understanding of legal principles and compliance.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
