We are potentially seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join a well-established business in the local North London area.
This role is crucial for managing data entry across various systems and requires a presence in the office to handle phone queries. The position offers a structured work environment with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
Day-to-day of the role:- Data entry into various systems including Sage.
- Reconcile invoices against purchase orders.
- Record payments from clients and to subcontractors.
- Create job packs for new jobs and void works.
- Answer phone calls and handle general queries.
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying and filing.
- Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good grasp of maths and English.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar administrative role.
