Our client is seeking a Corporate/Banking and Finance PA for our client, a medium sized law firm based in Chancery Lane.

You will need to be one step ahead in a role such as this as the Department are very fast paced.

Duties are as follows:

  • Production of documents and correspondence in line with the firm’s style guide.
  • Open files for new clients, create red flag report and create terms of business and client engagement letter.
  • Management and preparation of new client take on procedures.
  • Ensure both electronic and paper based filing up to date for the Corporate fee earners. To file documents and correspondence in date order; maintaining files in good order.
  • Manage monthly billing and invoicing in line with firm guidelines.
  • Assist clients on the phone where able and take messages when required.
  • Attend to administration duties such as expense claims and cheque requisitions.
  • Make appointments, book meeting rooms and extensive diary management.
  • Keep both electronic and paper based filing up to date.
  • Photocopying, scanning and collating of documents and briefs.
  • General administration support as required by the partner/fee earners.
  • Work as part of the corporate team and assist other secretaries where required.
  • Assist with other duties or responsibilities as directed by the firm.
  • Experience in a Corporate practice is essential
  • Minimum typing speed of 65 wpm
