- Team Collaboration: Work alongside our Document Services Coordinator to ensure smooth transcript production.
- Tech Mastery: Become proficient in our platform and industry-specific software.
- Judgment Production: Produce High Court judgments and rulings.
- Audio Management: Edit audio recordings for synchronisation with transcripts.
- Transcript Amendments: Accurately complete amendments and errata returns.
- Cross-Team Liaison: Coordinate with internal teams for seamless operations.
- Client Correspondence: Communicate with solicitors, barristers, and court reporting teams.
- IT Checks: Conduct daily IT equipment checks in hearing rooms.
- Quality Maintenance: Uphold quality processes and accurate control information recording.
- Bright and engaging, with a willingness to learn and use initiative.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to juggle tasks, adapt, and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- Proven track record in an administrative, client-facing, or professional services role is desirable.

- Covering the hours between 9:30am - 8:00pm, rotating weekly within the team.
- Ad-hoc work outside of these hours, including at weekends (either in the office or remotely), may be required to meet the needs of the business.
- It is anticipated that there will be times, during quieter periods, where you will be expected to assume other duties as required to assist the company in its day-to-day operations, with your hours adjusted accordingly.
