My client, a respected and well-established membership organisation based in the heart of London, is seeking an experienced PA or EA to provide high-level support on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Purpose of the Role

To provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role requires someone confident with diary and travel management, and capable of adapting to the varied demands of a busy membership-led organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing complex diaries, including arranging internal and external meetings.

  • Booking and coordinating UK and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries.

  • Inbox management and drafting responses on behalf of senior staff.

  • Preparing documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and following up on actions.

  • Supporting ad hoc administrative tasks across the wider team as needed.

About You
  • Proven experience as a PA or EA in a busy office environment.

  • Confident using Outlook, SharePoint, and the full MS Office Suite.

  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail.

  • Discreet, reliable, and able to handle confidential information.

  • Friendly, flexible, and happy to support wherever needed — a true team player.

  • Comfortable working in an office-based setting with a hands-on approach.
