Do you have a current DBS and are free for around 3-4 weeks work? A client based in London are looking for candidates to join them helping the student induction process. This could range from Administration to guided campus tours but a valid DBS is essential.

Hours Monday to Friday 9-5

Based EC1

Responsibilities include:

  • All admin around induction - documentation and ID
  • Monitor student attendance
  • Provide administrative support to the Learning Support tutors
  • Order office supplies
  • Help with accommodation queries
  • Keep up-to-date files of all paperwork
  • Input and keep records relating to overtime payments for teaching staff, invigilators and visiting lecturers on a monthly basis
