This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple departments, supporting senior leadership, and being at the heart of day-to-day operations.About the RoleThis role provides essential administrative support across a wide range of activities including:
  • Welcoming students and visitors and managing the front-of-house reception area
  • Supporting professional course administration and student communications
  • Assisting with calendar coordination, meeting bookings, travel arrangements and events
  • Providing operational support to senior leaders and educators
  • Managing office supplies, post, and general office administration
  • Assisting with student resources, notices, exam schedules, and feedback collection
