You will be responsible for the operational delivery of an arts award across UK and Ireland and will support online training and delivery.Key responsibilities will be to

  • Coordinate UK and overseas tours
  • Allocate examiners
  • Book flights and identify cost effective routes
  • Send out itineraries in advance
  • Monitor KPIs
What skills and experience will you need? 
  •  Very good administrative and organisational skills• An appreciation and understanding of good customer service• Strong IT skills (specifically Microsoft Excel, Outlook and data processing systems)• Experience of working with databases and handling data• Ability to carry out a variety of office administrative tasks quickly and accurately• Ability to organise own workload, prioritise and multitask• Good verbal and written communication skills• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and cope with periods of high workload• A team player with a positive “can-do” attitude
  • An interest in the arts and education would be beneficial
