- Diary and inbox management for Managers/Directors
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Process team expenses and client payments
- Handle incoming calls and enquiries from clients
- Data entry and maintaining accurate information on the CRM
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Support with documentation relating to new clients, account closures and grant requests
- Other admin tasks as required
- Educated to degree level
- Experience in an Administrative role
- Proficient in MS Office 365 - Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn
