This is an excellent opportunity for a well presented, proactive Graduate who is looking to kick-start their career within Financial Services. Ideally, you will have some experience within an Administrative role. This role is providing support to a team of Managers and Directors and requires the ability to multi-task and prioritise. The client is an Investment Management firm offering exceptional benefits and long-term career development. Graduate Administrative Assistant Duties:
  • Diary and inbox management for Managers/Directors
  • Coordinate travel arrangements 
  • Process team expenses and client payments 
  • Handle incoming calls and enquiries from clients 
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate information on the CRM
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post 
  • Support with documentation relating to new clients, account closures and grant requests
  • Other admin tasks as required 
Essential Criteria:
  • Educated to degree level
  • Experience in an Administrative role
  • Proficient in MS Office 365 - Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn
