Description
A Head of Recruitment to:
- Line manage a small recruitment team: with scope to restructure
- Review the current recruitment function (greenfield) and completely rebuild it
- Lead on improving team performance and partnering with the wider business
- Develop improvements in the recruitment function and team capability
- Report on metrics and ensure SLA's are met
- Provide advice and guidance to the recruitment team, including setting key KPI's and SLA's
- Develop a high performance culture and collaboration
- Provide process improvement and efficiency's
- Ensure effective talent pipeline and workforce planning
- Support on executive recruitment hires
- Manage agency relationships and develop new partnerships where necessary
Profile
A Head of Recruitment with:
- Previous line management experience, setting KPI's and SLA's
- Open to sector background: preference for commercial sector
- Commercial mindset
- Previous experience in re-building a recruitment function
Job Offer
Head of Recruitment
Up to 85k per annum dependent on experience
