Provide vital administrative and casework support to the Investigations and Enforcement Team, assisting with the investigation and enforcement of potential breaches of the BSB Handbook, including preparation for tribunals and High Court proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support case progression by gathering evidence, drafting correspondence, and maintaining accurate records on the case management system.

  • Liaise with external bodies such as courts, police, interpreters, and transcribers.

  • Assist in preparing tribunal bundles, redacting documents, and serving legal papers.

  • Coordinate logistics for hearings, including arranging representatives, witnesses, and travel/accommodation.

  • Process tribunal outcomes, maintain accurate public records, and manage compliance with financial penalties.

  • Provide general administrative support, including finance processing, witness expenses, team meetings, inductions, and document management.

  • Respond to public and stakeholder enquiries regarding disciplinary outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

  • Experience in administrative or legal casework support.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and IT skills.

  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
