Join our leading law firm situated on Chancery Lane, where we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional and bespoke legal services! �? We're looking for a warm, positive, and professional Junior Legal PA/Administrator to support our friendly team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Partner with business and personal affairs, including diary management and short correspondence.
  • Handle reception duties, welcoming clients and providing refreshments.
  • Manage general inbox and deal with post and couriers. ??
  • Serve as the first point of contact for team IT issues and liaise with the external IT company.
  • Support the legal team with document management tasks.
  • Provide ad hoc assistance with directory submissions, booking flights, and holiday cover for other PA duties. ??

Key Attributes:

  • Law graduate or a legal background. ??
  • Confident in IT usage.
  • Discreet, kind, and patient demeanour.
  • Strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude! ??
  • Well-presented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Additional language skills (a Slavic language is a bonus).
