Membership Officer - £30 000

Hybrid, located near Victoria. 3 days office based, with 2 days at home.

Are you organised, proactive and passionate about supporting professional development? We are looking for a Membership Officer to join a leading professional membership organisation. Playing a vital role in supporting members, regional groups and professional standards activities.

Reporting to the Membership & Professional Standards Manager, you will support the professional development of members and manage the accreditation of courses. Coordinating professional registration and ensuring effective communications with members.

The Membership Officer will help promote and manage membership, including recruitment campaigns and CRM processes. Handling member enquiries, payments, and reporting. Promoting professional registration and managing all related enquiries.

Other duties include:

  • Process applications and maintain accurate records and schedules.
  • Coordinate registration interviews and approvals.
  • Provide administrative support across the membership team.
  • Attend events and meetings to promote membership and standards.
