We are seeking a Temporary Research Licensing Administrator to support a busy licensing team for our client. You’ll manage administrative tasks, documentation, and coordination to ensure smooth operations during a high-demand period. This is an 8-week temporary role supporting a busy team.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for licensing activities.
- Maintain accurate records and track deadlines.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, preparing agendas and notes.
- Manage and organise files on SharePoint.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong administrative experience with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, SharePoint).
- Highly organised with strong communication skills.
- Experience in licensing or procurement is a plus.
