ARM have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse manager to join a high-end interior designer on a permanent basis.
The Role:
- Support the Operations/General Manager with planning and scheduling installations
- Assist with day-to-day logistics, including vehicle routing, driver coordination, and delivery tracking
- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure goods are prepared, packed, and loaded correctly
- Communicate with clients and subcontractors where needed to confirm schedules
- Monitor project timelines and flag any delays or resourcing issues
- Ensure H&S and compliance records are up to date
- Support with general admin duties across transport, warehouse and office functions
Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Good communication skills - written and verbal
- Experience in logistics, transport, warehouse, or operations (preferred but not essential)
- IT literate - able to use Excel, email, and scheduling tools
