We’re looking for a proactive and capable PA & Office Support professional to join a high-performing team on a maternity cover contract, starting week commencing 16th June for a thorough handover. This role is vital in keeping things running smoothly in a busy post-merger environment, so we’re after someone who thrives on responsibility and can hit the ground running.

The Role

You’ll be joining a small team (just two in the office), so you’ll need to be happy being the welcoming face for guests, handling switchboard calls, and supporting your fellow PA with any overflow Office Manager tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Diary and inbox management (light touch)

  • Booking occasional European travel (not complex)

  • Minute taking for committee meetings (1-2/month on average), including action follow-up

  • Raising POs for three teams and managing the legal team’s budget

  • Creating and rebranding presentations using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (must be confident with tables, graphs, and templates)

  • Supporting post-merger project delivery - identifying what the team needs and taking the initiative to help

  • General Office Management duties as needed

About You

We need someone who is:

  • Exceptionally organised, efficient and self-motivated

  • Skilled across the MS Office Suite, with strong formatting and presentation-building ability

  • Naturally curious, emotionally intelligent, and quick to grasp team priorities

  • Comfortable working independently in a heads-down, high-output office

  • A team player who thrives in a no-fuss, high-functioning culture

This is a fast-paced and varied role for someone who genuinely enjoys being busy and takes pride in making life easier for others.
