Our client, an industry leading design and manufacturing company, are looking for a Project Support Administrator to work closely with and support a team of Sales and Design consultants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Handle incoming telephone calls, providing a professional and helpful first point of contact.
  • Prepare and issue accurate quotes, pro forma invoices, and sales orders.
  • Maintain records and tracking systems for sales vehicles, ensuring availability and documentation are up to date.
  • Track and manage sales commissions and related documentation.
  • Assist with processing sales-related expenses in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate administrative logistics including mobile phones, insurance renewals, and company-related assets for the sales team.
  • Liaise directly with clients to provide updates, respond to queries, and offer support throughout the sales process.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in a sales support, administration, or customer service role.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confidence and professional telephone manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or order processing software is an advantage.

This is an office-based role, Monday-Friday, core hours are 9am-5pm however some flexibility may be needed. You will need a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle as you may be required to provide on-site project support.
