Job Title: Project Support Officer
Location: London or Bristol or Goucester (2 days per week onsite) | Hybrid Working (Remote for remaining days)
Contract Type:Permanent
Start Date:ASAP

We have an urgent opportunity for a proactive and highly organised Project Support Officer to join a major infrastructure programme, supporting a large-scale initiative. If you live over 30 miles from site, accommodation/expenses will be accommodated for.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the HR leadership team, including diary management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination.
  • Project Coordination: Support the planning, tracking, and delivery of HR projects to ensure deadlines are met and outcomes are delivered efficiently.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication across multiple teams.
  • Documentation Management: Prepare, edit, and distribute project documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Data Handling: Maintain and update records in HR databases and project tools, ensuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and address operational issues within the HR team, supporting the development of practical, efficient solutions.
  • General HR Support: Assist with a range of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities, as required.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in a Project Support or Project Administration role
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
