About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Officer to join our School of Biological & Behavioural Sciences team. This is a temporary position based in Mile End, London, just a short 10-minute walk from the train station.

What You'll Do:As a key member of our professional services team, you will:

  • Oversee examination administration and ensure smooth operations for all assessments.
  • Collaborate closely with the Education Services Manager and Subject Exam Board Chairs.
  • Develop and maintain systems for scrutiny of examination papers.
  • Act as the primary contact for examination queries from students, staff, and External Examiners.
  • Monitor compliance with assessment regulations and guidelines.
  • Support a positive and inclusive work culture within the school.
