Exciting opportunity in the Build to Rent Sector- Ealing

We're working with a leading BTR operator in the heart of Ealing who is looking for a dynamic and customer- focused individual. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about delivering exceptional resident experience and creating a strong community feel
The Role:
- Schedule: 4 on / 4 off shift pattern of 12 hour days 8am - 8pm
- Be the first point of contact for all resident enquiries.
- Organise and host monthly resident events and initiatives.
- Support day to day administrative tasks and ensure operational standards are met.
- Ensuring all amenity spaces and apartments are well presented at all times.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar role (e.g front of house, community engagement).
- A proactive common sense approach to problem solving
- Social media savvy and strong IT skills.
- Detail orientated and highly organised
- Confident communicator
