Exciting opportunity in the Build to Rent Sector- Ealing

Do you thrive in fast- paced environments and have a talent for bringing people together through events and community engagement? Do you have experience working FOH, Hospitality (Hotels), co- working or PBSA?

We're working with a leading BTR operator in the heart of Ealing who is looking for a dynamic and customer- focused individual. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about delivering exceptional resident experience and creating a strong community feel

The Role:

  • Schedule: 4 on / 4 off shift pattern of 12 hour days 8am - 8pm
  • Be the first point of contact for all resident enquiries.
  • Organise and host monthly resident events and initiatives.
  • Support day to day administrative tasks and ensure operational standards are met.
  • Ensuring all amenity spaces and apartments are well presented at all times.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (e.g front of house, community engagement).
  • A proactive common sense approach to problem solving
  • Social media savvy and strong IT skills.
  • Detail orientated and highly organised
  • Confident communicator
