School Admin

Location: Camden
Pay: 16 - 18 per hour
Contract: Full-time, long-term
Start Date: ASAP

We're looking for a proactive and organised School Administrator to join a welcoming and supportive school in Camden. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience within an education setting and be confident using Arbor for daily school operations.

The role:

• Oversee daily school office operations and provide admin support to senior staff and teachers

• Use Arbor to manage attendance, pupil data, and communications

• Handle calls, emails, and visitor enquiries with professionalism and warmth

• Support with data entry, reports, and letters using the school's MIS system

• Assist with safeguarding, compliance, and general administrative duties as required

You'll need:

• Experience working in a school office or education admin role

• Proficiency in Arbor (essential)

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Attention to detail and confidence managing data

• A positive, professional attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
