Are you an experienced School Administrator with a strong background in education? Remedy is proud to be working in partnership with a supportive and inclusive Primary School in Lambeth, who are seeking a reliable and efficient School Administrator to join their office team immediately.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a school environment and understands the critical role of administration in supporting student success and daily school operations.

About the Role:

  • Position: School Administrator
  • Location: Lambeth, South West London
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Daily Pay Rate: 16 - 18 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am until 4pm

Key duties will include:

  • Welcoming visitors and managing front office communications
  • Handling telephone and email enquiries with efficiency and professionalism
  • Updating pupil records and maintaining the school's MIS system, Bromcom, SIMS or Arbour
  • Assisting with attendance data, safeguarding processes, and general office tasks
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to staff and leadership

To be considered for this position, applicants must have prior experience working within a school or educational setting.


Applicants without this background will not be considered.

You will also need:

  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply through Remedy)
  • Familiarity with school systems such as SIMS, Bromcom or Arbor
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A positive, proactive, and professional attitude
