Team Assistant – EA & Office Support | BristolLocation: BristolReporting to: Deputy COOSalary: £28,000 – £32,000 + Excellent BenefitsWe’re delighted to be partnering with a highly respected professional services firm based in central Bristol, who are on the lookout for an experienced and proactive Team Assistant to join their close-knit office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of experience in a Team Assistant, Executive Assistant or administrative support role, ideally within a professional or corporate environment. The position offers a great mix of executive support and office management responsibilities, making it ideal for someone looking to step into a more varied and impactful role.Supporting 2–3 senior stakeholders, you’ll be managing busy diaries, coordinating travel and meetings, and acting as a key point of contact for the team. You’ll also take the lead on day-to-day office management tasks, supplier liaison and team events – perfect for someone who loves being at the heart of the action and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.Key Responsibilities:
  • Executive-level support: diary management, travel bookings, meeting coordination, inbox management
  • Preparing documents, presentations, and reports
  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming enquiries
  • Supporting internal and external events in collaboration with the Marketing & Events team
  • Managing office supplies, facilities coordination, and liaising with suppliers
  • Ensuring H&S compliance and assisting with policy documentation
  • Submitting and tracking expenses, raising purchase orders, and invoice management
  • Using the company’s CRM system to manage records and correspondence
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2–3 years’ experience in a similar support role – EA, Team Assistant, or high-level admin
  • A strong academic background – good A-Levels and a degree required
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail and confidence managing multiple priorities
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A proactive, self-sufficient mindset and a team-focused attitude
