- Executive-level support: diary management, travel bookings, meeting coordination, inbox management
- Preparing documents, presentations, and reports
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming enquiries
- Supporting internal and external events in collaboration with the Marketing & Events team
- Managing office supplies, facilities coordination, and liaising with suppliers
- Ensuring H&S compliance and assisting with policy documentation
- Submitting and tracking expenses, raising purchase orders, and invoice management
- Using the company’s CRM system to manage records and correspondence
- 2–3 years’ experience in a similar support role – EA, Team Assistant, or high-level admin
- A strong academic background – good A-Levels and a degree required
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and confidence managing multiple priorities
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A proactive, self-sufficient mindset and a team-focused attitude
- £28,000 – £32,000 salary (depending on experience)
