As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading the care team to ensure safe, supportive, and person-centred care.
- Regularly reviewing residents' needs and maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Supporting the Registered Manager in the daily running of the home.
- Overseeing clinical competencies such as PEG feeds, tracheostomy, and wound care.
- Inducting new team members and supervising existing staff.
- Completing care audits and liaising with family members and care professionals.
- Monitoring and reporting risks and safeguarding concerns.
- Contributing to clinical policies and procedures.

The ideal Clinical Lead Nurse will have:
- Experience leading a team of care assistants and Registered Nurses.
- Registered Nurse experience with an active NMC pin.
- QCF Level 3 diploma or above in Health and Social Care.
- Knowledge of CQC key lines of enquiry and regulatory frameworks.
