Essential
- A strong, practically demonstrated understanding of relevant current employment law, ACAS codes and Civil Service-wide employee relations challenges and can demonstrate using this knowledge effectively to manage complex casework to effective resolution.
- Extensive HR casework experience, ideally within the Civil Service or wider public sector.
- Significant stakeholder management experience, confident handling challenging stakeholders and dealing with conflicting priorities.
Desirable
- Chartered MCIPD (or similar Human Resources qualification)
