A welcoming and well-established primary school in the borough of Islington is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Lead Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This is a full-time, permanent position offering the chance to lead the EYFS phase while teaching a Reception class in a supportive and forward-thinking school community.

Role Responsibilities:
Teaching a Reception class within a well-resourced, inclusive EYFS setting
Creating a welcoming, stimulating and child-centred learning environment
Leading the EYFS phase, mentoring colleagues and supporting best practice across Nursery and Reception
Planning engaging lessons in line with the EYFS framework, alongside your year group partner
Supporting pupils with SEND and additional needs through differentiated teaching
Leading targeted interventions for lower-attaining groups
Managing behaviour effectively and promoting children's emotional development
Building positive relationships with parents, carers and external professionals
