Are you a transformative leader with a passion for organisational development and change? Our client, a forward-thinking organisation in the Human Resources and Organisational Development sector, is seeking an exceptional Head of Organisational Development and Change to join their team.

About the Role:

As a key member of the HR/OD leadership team, you will have the opportunity to shape and lead vital functions during a period of significant transformation. Reporting directly to the Director of Workforce Change, your role will involve:

  • Overseeing HR Advisory services, focusing on Diversity and Inclusion.
  • Supporting the review and re-design of HR/OD based on recent LGA Peer Review recommendations.
  • Driving change, ensuring equality and diversity are embedded in all HR practises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver creative and innovative approaches to organisational development and change management.
  • Provide strategic support in reshaping the HR Target Operating Model (TOM).
  • Offer complex HR advice on workforce planning, organisational design, and compliance with best practises.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Trade Unions and engage in employee advisory services.
  • Lead HR Business Partners through significant restructuring processes, ensuring alignment with council objectives.
  • Ensure that equality, diversity, and inclusion are central to all people management processes.
